Squizito Fan is NOT a gambling service. We are a free entertainment platform for sports predictions using virtual currency ("Squizito Coins") that has NO real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By accessing or using Squizito Fan ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

All predictions on Squizito Fan are for entertainment purposes only. This is NOT gambling. No real money is wagered or can be won.
Predictions must be placed before the event starts. Once an event begins, predictions are locked and cannot be modified.
Results are determined by official sports data providers. Our determination of results is final.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or forfeiture of all Squizito Coins.
All content on Squizito Fan, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Squizito Fan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATHEDRAL S.R.L.S. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL CATHEDRAL S.R.L.S.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CATHEDRAL S.R.L.S. Since Squizito Coins have no monetary value and platform use is free, this cap reflects the actual commercial relationship between the parties.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cathedral s.r.l.s. regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver by Cathedral s.r.l.s. of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Cathedral s.r.l.s. to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Cathedral s.r.l.s. Cathedral s.r.l.s. may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Cathedral s.r.l.s. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Cathedral s.r.l.s. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions.
These Terms are drafted in English and Italian. In the event of any conflict between the English and Italian versions, the English version shall prevail except where the Italian version is required by law (for Italian residents).
These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you and Cathedral s.r.l.s.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of Squizito Fan after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
