1. About the Rewards Shop

The Squizito Fan Rewards Shop is a loyalty program where you can redeem your earned Squizito Coins for virtual items, physical merchandise, and experiences.

This is NOT a gambling service. The Rewards Shop operates as a points-based loyalty system similar to airline miles or credit card rewards programs.

2. Squizito Coins

2.1 What Are Squizito Coins?

Squizito Coins are virtual tokens earned through platform activities:

Making successful predictions
Maintaining daily login streaks
Completing achievements
Participating in challenges
Promotional events

                IMPORTANT: Squizito Coins have absolutely NO cash value. They cannot be:
                Converted to real money
Transferred to other users
Sold or traded outside the platform
Refunded for any reason

            

2.2 Coin Expiration

Squizito Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is inactive for more than 12 months, coins may be subject to forfeiture.

5. Identity Verification

5.1 When Required

ID verification is required for:

All physical items valued over 100,000 Squizito Coins
All experience redemptions
Any redemption flagged by our security systems

5.2 Accepted Documents

Valid passport
National ID card (EU countries)
Driver's license with photo

6. Shipping (International)

6.2 International Shipping Notices

                IMPORTANT - Customs and Import Duties:
                United Kingdom: Deliveries may be subject to UK import duties, VAT, and customs processing fees. Users are responsible for all such charges.
United States: Items may be subject to US Customs inspection and duties. Users are responsible for all import taxes and fees.
Canada: GST/HST and provincial taxes may apply. Users are responsible for customs brokerage fees.
Australia: GST on low-value imports applies to goods valued at or above AUD 1,000. Users are responsible for customs duties.
Other Countries: Local customs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

            

6.3 Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to:

International trade sanctions or embargoes
Shipping carrier limitations
Local import restrictions on certain product categories
Export control regulations

If we cannot ship to your location, your redemption will be cancelled and Squizito Coins refunded to your account.

6.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist with claims for lost shipments where tracking indicates non-delivery.

7. Refunds & Returns

7.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of virtual currency redemption, refunds are generally not available. However, exceptions may apply:

7.2 How to Request Exception

Contact support@squizito.me within 14 days with:

Order reference number
Description of issue
Supporting evidence (photos, documentation)

                Note: If an exception is granted, you will receive Squizito Coins credited back to your account. Cash refunds are never provided.
            

8. Redemption Limits

These limits help ensure fair access for all users and prevent abuse.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

Coin Manipulation: Exploiting bugs to generate coins
Multiple Accounts: Using multiple accounts to accumulate coins
Fraud: Providing false identity or address information
Resale: Purchasing items to resell for profit

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all coins.

10. Consumer Rights (International)

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction:

10.1 European Union / Italy

Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005 - Codice del Consumo)
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC)
Legal Guarantee: 2 years for defects of conformity (Art. 128-135 D.Lgs. 206/2005)

10.2 United Kingdom

Consumer Rights Act 2015: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: Right to cancel within 14 days for distance contracts
Short-term right to reject: 30 days for faulty goods
Repair or replacement right: One attempt before refund right

10.3 United States

Goods are provided with any applicable implied warranties under state law (e.g., implied warranty of merchantability)
State consumer protection laws vary; California, for example, provides for the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
Where permitted, we limit the duration of implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law

                US Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
            

10.4 Canada

Provincial consumer protection legislation applies (e.g., Ontario Consumer Protection Act)
Implied warranties under provincial Sale of Goods Acts
Right to cancel cooling-off periods as provided by provincial law

10.5 Australia

Australian Consumer Law: Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded
Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match description
Statutory right to repair, replacement, or refund for major failures

                Australian Consumer Guarantee Statement: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
            

10.6 Right of Withdrawal (Virtual Currency Purchases)

If Squizito Fan introduces optional paid Squizito Coin packages in the future:

EU/UK Users: You will have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason
Exception: If you begin using the purchased Coins with your express consent, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal

                Important Notice: Currently, Squizito Coins are earned for FREE through platform activities. No purchase is required to participate fully in the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms
