All Squizito Fan contests are FREE to enter. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate. Participation is open to registered users who meet the eligibility requirements.

1. Promoter / Soggetto Promotore
All contests ("Manifestazioni a Premio") organized by Squizito Fan are conducted in compliance with D.P.R. 430/2001 (Italian law governing prize promotions).

MIMIT Communication: All contests with prizes valued over EUR1 are communicated to the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) via the "Prema Online" system at least 15 days before the contest start date.
3. Territory / Territorio (International)
3.1 Italian Regulated Contests (D.P.R. 430/2001)
Contests specifically regulated under D.P.R. 430/2001:
- Are valid exclusively in the Italian Republic
- Only individuals resident in Italy may participate
- Require MIMIT communication and notarial oversight
- Server and data processing location complies with Italian law
3.2 International Contests
Squizito Fan may also organize international contests open to users worldwide. These contests:
- Are governed by Italian law as the law of the promoter
- May have geographic restrictions based on local laws
- Will clearly state eligible countries in individual contest rules
3.3 Excluded Jurisdictions
Contest Restrictions by Region:
Users in the following jurisdictions may be excluded from certain or all contests:
- United States: Residents of states where prize competitions are restricted (varies by contest)
- Quebec, Canada: Additional registration requirements may apply
- Countries with sweepstakes bans: Brazil, Belgium (for certain prize types), and others where local law prohibits participation
- Sanctioned Countries: Countries subject to EU, US, or international trade sanctions
3.4 Void Where Prohibited
All contests are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. It is the user's responsibility to determine whether participation is legal in their jurisdiction. By entering, you represent that your participation is lawful under the laws of your country, state, or province of residence.
3.5 Prize Delivery Limitations
Even where participation is permitted, prize delivery may be restricted due to:
- International shipping limitations
- Import/export restrictions
- Customs regulations
- International sanctions
In such cases, alternative prize arrangements may be offered at the Promoter's discretion.
4. Eligibility / Requisiti di Partecipazione
4.1 Who Can Participate
To participate in Squizito Fan contests, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of Italy
- Have a verified Squizito Fan account
- Have accepted the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Meet any specific requirements stated in individual contest rules
4.2 Who Cannot Participate
The following individuals are excluded from participation:
- Employees and collaborators of Cathedral s.r.l.s
- Employees of group companies
- Family members of the above individuals
- Anyone involved in organizing the contest
- Users with suspended or banned accounts
5. Types of Contests / Tipologie di Concorsi
Squizito Fan may organize the following types of contests:
Leaderboard Contests
Prizes awarded based on final ranking position. Users compete to accumulate points through successful predictions.
Random Drawings
Winners selected by random extraction in the presence of a notary public. Participation earned through platform activities.
Instant Win
Immediate prize determination upon completing a specific action. At least one prize reserved for non-instant winners.
Skill Competitions
Prizes awarded based on skill-based achievements, such as prediction accuracy or streak maintenance.
6. Prizes / Premi
6.1 Prize Categories
Prizes may include:
- Physical Merchandise: Official team jerseys, sports equipment, branded items
- Experiences: Stadium tours, VIP event access, meet-and-greet opportunities
- Digital Items: Premium features, exclusive virtual items (no monetary value)
- Partner Products: Goods and services from official partners
6.2 Prize Value Declaration
Each contest announcement will specify:
- Complete description of each prize
- Commercial value (including VAT) of each prize
- Total prize pool value
6.3 Prize Limitations
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
- The Promoter may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary
Tax Treatment: Prizes valued over EUR25.82 are subject to a 25% withholding tax (Art. 30 D.P.R. 600/1973). This tax is paid by the Promoter and does not affect the winner.
7. Participation Method / Modalita di Partecipazione
7.1 General Process
- Register for a Squizito Fan account (or log in if existing)
- Access the active contest section
- Review the specific contest rules
- Complete the required participation actions
- Confirm participation where required
7.2 Participation is Always Free
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Participation in all Squizito Fan contests is completely free. Squizito Coins used for predictions have no monetary value and are earned through free platform activities.
8. Winner Determination / Determinazione dei Vincitori
8.1 For Leaderboard Contests
Winners determined by final ranking position at contest end. In case of tied scores, the participant who achieved the score first (chronological criterion) prevails.
8.2 For Random Drawings
Winners selected by random extraction within 30 days of contest closing, in the presence of a notary public or Chamber of Commerce official.
8.3 For Instant Win
Prize assignment occurs in real-time according to a certified algorithm. At least one prize is reserved for non-instant winners through a final drawing.
9. Winner Notification / Comunicazione ai Vincitori
Winners will be contacted within 15 business days of winner determination via:
- Email to the registered address
- In-app notification
Winners must confirm acceptance within the timeframe specified in the notification (typically 30 days) by providing:
- Copy of valid identity document
- Italian tax code (Codice Fiscale)
- Shipping address (for physical prizes)
Failure to Respond: If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and allocated to the next eligible participant or donated to charity.
10. Prize Delivery / Consegna dei Premi
10.1 Physical Prizes
- Shipped via courier to the address provided
- Delivery within 30 days of verification completion
- Shipping costs covered by the Promoter
- Winner responsible for being available for delivery
10.2 Experiences
- Details and booking instructions sent electronically
- Valid for 12 months from notification date
- Subject to availability and venue terms
10.3 Digital Prizes
- Activated directly in user account
- Immediate delivery upon verification
11. Unawarded Prizes / Premi Non Assegnati
Prizes that are not claimed or cannot be delivered will be donated to a registered charity (ONLUS) as required by Art. 10, comma 5 of D.P.R. 430/2001.
Designated Charity: The specific charity for each contest will be named in the individual contest rules. Documentation of donations is maintained for regulatory compliance.

Personal data of participants is processed in accordance with:

13. Contest Documentation / Documentazione
For each contest, the following documentation is maintained:
- Specific contest rules (deposited with notary)
- MIMIT communication receipt
- Surety bond documentation
- Notarial minutes of winner determination
- Closing report with prize allocation details
14. Limitation of Liability / Limitazione di Responsabilita
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Technical malfunctions not attributable to the Promoter
- Delays in communication delivery
- Force majeure events
- Fraudulent use by third parties
- Inaccurate information provided by participants
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants who:
- Provide false or inaccurate information
- Use fraudulent practices
- Violate these rules or the Terms of Service
15. Dispute Resolution / Risoluzione Controversie (International)
15.1 Governing Law
All contests are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. By participating, you agree that Italian law applies to the interpretation and enforcement of these rules.
15.2 Jurisdiction by Region
European Union (including Italy)
- Consumer users: Courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012
- Non-consumer users: Exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, Italy
United Kingdom
- Consumer users: You may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland (your choice)
- Non-consumer users: Court of Brescia, Italy, unless UK law requires otherwise
United States
US PARTICIPANTS - ARBITRATION:
For US residents, any dispute arising from contest participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions related to contest disputes. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice to legal@squizito.me within 30 days of first entering a contest.
Canada
- Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable provincial law, with the laws of Ontario applying to interpretation where not in conflict
Australia
- Nothing in these rules excludes or limits consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law
- Disputes may be brought before applicable Australian courts where required by law
Other Jurisdictions
- Court of Brescia, Italy shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence
15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
15.4 Limitation on Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising from a contest must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are waived.
